Kevin De Bruyne is nearing the end of his prolific era at Manchester City, but he will certainly have no shortage of suitors. According to Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, Napoli have shown concrete interest in the Belgian midfielder, while an offer from Liverpool is also in play.

Napoli are reportedly making a big effort to acquire De Bruyne for next season, according to Sky Sports in collaboration with Gianluigi Bagnullo. De Bruyne is only under contract with Manchester City until the end of the current season and announced back in April that he would leave the club after ten years.

The Azzurri are also keen to take advantage of the close relationship between De Bruyne and Romelu Lukaku, which, if he stays, could help convince his national teammate to commit to signing. However, according to Di Marzio, the Belgian playmaker is also considering an offer from Liverpool, where he could build on his time in the Premier League despite the rivalry with City.

De Bruyne has played a total of 418 competitive games for Manchester City since 2015, scoring 108 goals and 177 assists. He has won six Premier League titles, five League Cups, two FA Cups and also triumphed in the Champions League with the club in 2023.

However, the experienced midfielder's future may not just continue in Italy or England. Overseas media have previously reported interest from Major League Soccer - Chicago Fire, DC United, Inter Miami and also New York City, who share the same owner with Manchester City, are all interested in De Bruyne.
