Dolberg scored both goals in the important win which took his tally to 20 season goals in 33 matches across all tournaments this season. 14 of them have been scored in the league, where he is joint leading scorer with Genks Toluwalase Arokodare.
Dolberg already returned to action in midweek with a short appearance in a cup match, but on Sunday he was in the starting-lineup, and after a goalless first half he showed his goal instinct after the break.
After 58 minutes, Dolberg opened the score when he timed his run into the box perfectly to receive a pass from Cesar Saul Huerta Valera and hitting a low shot into the middle of the goal.
Six minutes later Dolberg was on target again when he latched on to a pass from Killian Sardella and rifled the ball into the roof of the net.
Dolberg was then taken off for Luis Vazquez after 69 minutes to rest him for Anderlechts clash with Fenerbahce in the Europa League on Thursday.
Thanks to the win Anderlecht surpassed Royal Antwerp in the table where they are now in fourth spot, 15 points after league leaders KRC Genk.
