Lane, 22, had one reception on three targets for 11 yards in the Ravens' 43-21 win over the Colts. Teammate Zay Flowers also left the game after tweaking his hamstring, but he's expected to be day-to-day.
Lane would've had his first career touchdown after the start of the second quarter, but it was ultimately called back due to a penalty.
The Ravens' third-round pick in this year's draft has been a massive standout, climbing his way to a starting spot on the team's depth chart following an impressive training camp and preseason.
Baltimore will now look towards Rashod Bateman, LaJohntay Wester, Devontez Walker, and possibly fellow rookie Elijah Sarratt to take on more of a role while Lane recovers.
The Ravens head back to Baltimore for Week 2 as they face the New Orleans Saints (0-1) on Sunday, September 20th.
