As we enter May, we are in the final month of the season across Europe as title battles, European qualification and relegation battles are set to be finalised. With all that to be decided and some huge rivalries to look forward to this weekend, you won't want to miss a second with us!

Saturday's highlights:

• In the Premier League today, relegation-battling West Ham travel to Brentford in one of three afternoon matches. That is followed by title challengers Arsenal at home to London rivals Fulham as the Gunners look to build a six-point gap on Man City 

• Over to Germany and there is an important clash in the Bundesliga this afternoon as Hoffenheim host Stuttgart, with both sides in the race to qualify for the Champions League

• Elsewhere in Europe, Champions League hopefuls Como host Napoli in the headline clash in Serie A, European champions PSG face Lorient in Ligue 1 and LaLiga leaders Barcelona close the day when they face Osasuna later this evening
