The Baltimore Orioles tied the MLB record with five sacrifice flies during Game 1 of a doubleheader against the Toronto Blue Jays on Tuesday.

Baltimore also became the first team since the 1995 Boston Red Sox to hit four home runs and four sac-flies in the same game.

Over their last four games, the Orioles have put up jaw-dropping numbers - 50 runs on 58 hits with 12 home runs and 14 doubles.

Tyler O'Neill and Gunnar Henderson both homered for the O's while Ramon Urias sent the ball out of the park twice.

Baltimore went on to beat the Blue Jays 16-4, outscoring their division rivals 27-8 in two games.

Baltimore is still on the outside looking in as they still sit at the bottom of the American League East division with a 49-58 record, while the Blue Jays (63-45) still sit at the top of the division.

The O's traded relief pitcher Seranthony Dominguez to the Blue Jays prior to Game 2 of the doubleheader (Game 3 of the series) and all he had to do was walk to the other clubhouse and put on a Blue Jays uniform.
